3lbs ground beef
11/4 cup oat meal
11/2 can tomato sauce for meatloaf
Thumb and two fingers of brown sugar
A liberal dash of sage
1 egg
three or four shakes of salt
likewise of pepper
Mix all that together. Spray 8×13x2 inch pan. Mold meatloaf in pan and cover with remainder of sauce add catsup to cover if necessary. Bake approx. 1 ½ hours. Too much for two but all of us….hey.
